I'm a licensed residential builder and hands-on carpenter based in Vancouver, BC. For nearly a decade I owned and operated aSean Group Construction Ltd., building single-family dwellings and duplexes from the ground up. Since 2014, through Ehome Reno Services, I've managed full-cycle renovations and new builds — working directly alongside my crew on framing, siding, envelope, and finishing, while handling permitting and inspections with the City of Vancouver.

I take on a limited number of projects at a time so each one gets the attention it needs, from the first excavation stake to the final punch-list item.

How I work

Take ownership of a project the same way I would if it were my own house.

Read the site early — I'd rather catch a problem before it costs a day than explain it after.

Comfortable moving between trades on the same build, framing one day, finishing the next.

Run efficient, but never at the cost of the finish. There's a difference.

Know when to solve it myself and when to bring in the right person.

Twenty years in, I still prefer a custom home where no two days look the same.

Scope

Custom two-storey craftsman home — exterior shingle siding, black trim detailing, entry portico, and full exterior paint finish, completed in the final stretch before move-in.

Role

Managed the final exterior finishing phase on site — coordinating window protection, paint prep, and trim work through to a completed, move-in ready exterior in under two weeks.
